At Grace and Olive we handcraft each item to order, completely from scratch - so there's no reason why you shouldn't get your new furniture made to a size and spec that suits you.

It may be that you have an idea in your head that you’d like to see in reality. Our craftsmen and craftswomen specialise in creating those one of a kind pieces tailored to suit your needs.Twinned with our dedicated design team who can assist you with any questions, offer design solutions and create CAD drawings. We really get a kick out of seeing the start of an idea manufactured into a physical thing!

Cancellations

We accept cancellations however if we’ve began working on your products we’re unable to cancel and refund your order. If you have any amendments to an existing order please call our friendly team on 0117 496 0117 or send an email your enquiry at graceandolivehome@outlook.com

Items that can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

- Custom or personalised orders

- Orders after 30 days of their purchased date

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
